A self-proclaimed micro whiskey maker, Garrison Bros is an award-winning distillery that has produced a refined and robust bourbon in their Balmorhea Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This bespoke NAS dram is matured using a distinct, twice-barreled process in premium barrels resulting in a full-bodied tasting experience you won't forget!

For the first 2 years, the distillate is rested in American white oak barrels sourced from The Barrel Mill cooperage in Minnesota (similar to the brand's straight bourbon line). The whiskey is then dumped and transferred into another selection of American white oak barrels supplied by the renowned Kelvin Copperage of Kentucky and left to rest for an undisclosed amount of time. Exceptionally balanced and full of flavor, the Balmorhea is magnificently crafted and a sheer pleasure to drink.
